What is a Corporate Shared Badge?

Shared badges allow multiple individuals to attend the PDS using the same badge, provided only one individual is using the badge at one time.

All participants who share badges must comply to the following:

1) provide their registration confirmation number upon checking out their badge

2) return the badges to the registration desk to ensure the badges are available for check-out by the next participant. Entrance into the event without a badge is not permitted.

Collection of PDUs

PMI issues Professional Development Units (PDUs) to PDS attendees who are working toward maintenance of their PMI designation (CAPM/PMP/PgMP).

Cancellation policy:

Refunds, less US$75 processing fee per registrant, will be granted for cancellations received in writing by end of business March 31, 2010. Refunds, less US$100 per registrant, will be granted for written requests received between April 1 and May 5, 2010. After May 5, 2010 no refunds will be made.

Registration substitutions may be made at any time by requesting this action in writing. All applicable refunds will be issued following the close of PDS`10. Refunds will not be given for no-shows
